Whether you have a large village or you're building your support system, I provide an extra layer of knowledgeable, compassionate care centered around you and your preferences.

How early should I book doula services?

Most families reserve birth doula support during the second trimester, but there is no wrong time to reach out. Because I accept a limited number of birth clients each month, earlier booking gives you the best chance of securing your due date.

Do you attend births in hospitals, birth centers, or at home?

I support families giving birth in hospitals, birth centers, and planned home-birth settings throughout Tampa Bay area.

What if I decide to change my birth plan?

Birth doesn't always follow a plan—and that's okay. I prefer the term birth preferences because flexibility is an important part of preparing for birth. If circumstances or your wishes change, we'll adjust together.

What if I’m planning an epidural?

You still deserve support—no matter how you choose to give birth. An epidural doesn't mean you're out of options. We can explore different positions and comfort measures that may still be available to you.
